What is a Light Chancellor? LC is a title created by Kommisar (h0h0h0) which is given to only new generation simfile authors who have been recently producing quality files. All of which have submitted to Xoon packs and continue to actively produce files for the slowly dying Stepmania community.

As for this pack, it has been secretly assembling ever since Xoon 4 was released a few months back. Only those who have access to the LC secret forum were allowed to submit to this pack, including a few active Dark Chancellors. This pack was mainly assembled to introduce those who were given the title of LC, although we were unable to get every LC to submit a file (just like Dark Chancellors Pack, rofl).

But anyways, big thanks to all the LCs and DCs that helped out and supported. We finally finished and released it before Xoon 5, bitches :cool:
